SAFe Manager
Required experience and knowledge:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar role;
- Experience in any scaled Agile framework;
- Good understanding of the principles of Lean-Agile;
- Knowledge of Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to get to the heart of complex problems;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related specialty;
- Very good communication skills in Bulgarian and English languages.
It will be considered as a plus:
- Experience in developing IT infrastructure architecture for the financial industry;
- Certificate in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferably);
- Skills in data processing, risk management, or exchange management.
