We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Security Analyst to join the Information Security team.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate conceptual understanding of the main security principles and the ability to work in a global team environment. They should have a prior experience in an international security team, be a fast learner with the ability to refine their skills and enhance their ability to support the needs of the security organization in a fast-paced environment.
The potential candidates need to be able to work in a global team environment (NA, EU, India), have prior experience of working in a web-based application services environment.
What to expect
• Work closely with the change/request management team to ensure all processes are set up according to the Information security requirements
• Ensures that the security approvals within the Change Management process are consistently followed
• Ensures that the change requests are properly reviewed and approved throughout their lifecycle
• Performs preliminary evaluation and clarification of the request, and ensures that it is contains all the needed information prior approval
• Reviews and approves/rejects changes based on the security requirements within the agreed time
• Support projects to improve company information and data security ;
• Support projects to improve employee information security awareness ;
• Support (together with the respective technology teams) projects to improve security of business and corporate applications and systems;
• Participate in information security related compliance internal and external audits;
• Participate in security analysis of networks, systems and applications;
• Overall company information and data security;
• Overall security of business and corporate applications and systems;
• Compliance with information and security aspects of internal policies and procedures;
• Compliance with information and security aspects of FSA and PCI-DSS regulations;
• Understanding of KPI/KRIs
• Good reporting and presentation skills
• Good documentation skills
Skills and Qualifications
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in information security field
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Understanding of Security best practices and processes such as change management, vulnerability management, service management;
• Excellent time management skills
To be successful you need to have
• Understanding of networking technologies and protocols including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, IDS alerting and 802.1x;
• Strong team player, self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance and professionalism.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environment
• Comfortable with high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations
• Exposure to SIEM, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Management tools, knowledge of IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, CASB, and other security tools
• Understanding of ServiceNow and it's reporting
• Experience of PowerBI or similar tool is an advantage
• Strong research background, utilizing an analytical approach
• Experience in working with privacy, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high stress situations
• A good team player who can maintain a constructive ground of discussion, trigger progressive debates that enables the team to learn and grow
• Good understanding of PCI-DSS requirements is considered a plus
