Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our team as a IT Systems Monitoring Specialist , Head office, Sofia.

Основни задължения:
• Responsible for the real-time monitoring of the critical IT systems and bank applications and carries out of timely identify, registered and escalate incidents and contributes to their resolution;
• Performs 24/7 monitoring of critical for the Bank services;
• Observe the health of IT services proactively and continuously and performs first line investigation and diagnosis;
• Initiate actions to minimize the impact of service incidents and system events;
• Executes day-to-day operational activities and monitoring of the bank systems to ensure uninterrupted operation and timely uploading of data;
• Performs first-level Help Desk functions at non-working hours and provides professional assistance in resolving service issues;
• Keeping logs of daily work and trouble-shooting events;
• Executes daily and periodical activities related to preparation of reports for the Bank Management.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
• University degree in the area of Information Technology or other;
• Knowledge of information technologies and application systems;
• Practical experience and knowledge with different operating systems;
• Professional experience with the system monitoring software – at least 1 years;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts.
