Who are the Tech Teams in Paysafe?
Our team is expanding, so we are looking for motivated engineers to join us! There are 10 engineers in the Technology Teams and we’re looking for four more to join the team. We have everything from seasoned veterans to new joiners in the teams. Some of us have worked with different technologies, than the ones we've been using in our company and that is a big deal since we get perspective from different angles. What will you do as a technology engineer at Paysafe?
As a Software Engineer you will be working on our Skrill and Neteller digital wallets, AWS integrations, Improving our test strategies, suggesting new technologies and generally driving the technology future of the company. Being part of Tech area, you build scalable, secure and innovative solutions for our digital wallets. Our customers are every other team in the company as well as the products they handle. If your nature implies being part of an autonomous and self-organized team, we'd love to talk to you.

What do the people in Paysafe value?
We work in teams of three to five engineers. Each team delivers end-to-end features, POC's and or conceptual ideas and releases code to production environments as soon as possible.
The delivery process includes activities like – refining big ideas into smaller chunks, creating technical designs, implementing them, releasing and monitoring the product, writing technical documentation, add smart logging and test everything end to end.
Quality is part of our team values and we spend a considerable amount of effort at every step to make sure the product is in perfect shape and all product flows and APIs are fully automated.
To Deliver a great product you need a great team and that's why we encourage each team member to teach and grow their teammates. You would have access to different communities, events and learning materials.
It does not matter if you are a junior, regular or senior. Candidate experience is important, but your job attitude takes precedence.

What is expected from an engineer?
• Develop Java Microservices based on Spring Boot, build RESTful APIs with Spring Cloud (Cloud config, Eureka, Feign clients)
• Use Apache Kafka streams for real-time processing
• Develop Web applications with Angular framework
• Automation tests using JUnit, RestAssured, Spring Web (MockMVC)
• Automated database changes management (Liquibase, Oracle)
• Deploy your code with CI/CD pipeline in AWS Cloud
• System monitoring with Splunk, NewRelic and AppDynamics
• Share your expertise with others using the code review process
• Be courageous and stand for what you believe in
• Be pioneering for improvements and innovations
