ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control all changes in Production environments
• Planning and prioritising the requests for changes
• Ensure that changes are recorded, evaluated, tested and implemented properly
• Sending notifications to affected parties for changes with potential risk of downtime or degraded performance
• Coordination of VM provisioning requests

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• ITIL Knowledge
• Knowledge in SQL and experience with different database platforms
• Knowledge in software development lifecycle
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows OS
• Team player, self-motivated
• Great attention to details, quality and improvements
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines

ADVANTAGE WILL BE AN EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ISO 20001 и 27001
• VMware Virtualization
• Previous experience in similar position
