Together with one of our partners, global telecommunication, and cloud provider, that delivers connectivity and communications services to support diverse customers we are looking for

Provisioning Engineer, who is willing to be responsible for provisioning/de-provisioning all network related services, to assisting field/remote engineers on tasks for service completion on time and with requested quality AND to assist and support the customers with service activations and migrations.

Provisioning Engineer
Required skills:
Relevant bachelor’s degree
3+ years of relevant experience
Very good understanding of network technologies – OTN, SDH, Ethernet, MPSL, IP (or related services based on MEF standards)
Good understanding of network design methodologies and protocols used by service providers
Good understanding of network cloud technologies and cloud providers (AWS, MS Azure, AliBaba, Google Cloud, etc)
Knowledge of Network Testing Standards and Network Monitoring Tools
Cisco CCNP, MEF CECP, JNCIA certificate would be considered as a strong advantage
SD-WAN product knowledge and experience would be considered as a strong advantage

Your daily responsibilities include:
Update provisioning systems, records and network diagrams
Activate and migrate global customer services as per Customer Project Management requests
Support internal teams (Customer Project Management, Network Engineering, Tech Sales, Field) on provisioning and network-related request
Maintaining effective communication and respond to queries
