Help Desk Specialist with Dutch



Main Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to clients via email and phone;
• Support end-users and business partners regarding the company's services;
• Resolve and investigate cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
• Focus on process improvement, identification and development.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of Dutch and English (C1-C2);
• Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered an advantage.
