Trainer with OTC (Order to cash) experience


The role is suitable for shared-services center specialists (SMEs, Team Leaders, etc.) with experience in OTC processes that want to take their job on the next level and help one of the fastest growing companies train, develop and retain its talents.

Main responsibilities:

• Create / revise/ update training documents and developmental courses
• Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers
• Facilitate orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Set up a training need identification framework in discussion with management.
• Set up a framework for regular refresher training sessions in alignment to training needs identified

Requirements to fill the role:

• Fluent English language both written and spoken;
• Mandatory prior experience in OTC (order to cash) or finance of 3-4 years;
• Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
• Prior experience working with process mining tools like Celonis, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Great presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage an audience group (address, engage, inform and interact, lead)
