Our partner is a brand new outsourcing company that is opening their first office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

Customer Experience Team Manager with Italian / Russian or French

Main Responsibilities:

Work with clients sales team and other functions and continually offer input to innovate
processes, systems, organization and culture to enhance end customer experience;
Develop and manage the back office processes and tracking systems required to support
and execute prompt and effective implementation of new client programs;
Manage performance of OTC Customer Service Function and personnel through metrics;
Provide leadership and assume responsibility for key support services including, but not
limited to contact center support, training, procurement support services and production support
services.

Job requirements:
Excellent level of Italian / French or Russian (C1 Level);
PC literacy and fluent command of English language;
Prior experience in handling teams in captive/BPO set up;
Analytical & problem solving skills;
Excellent listening and comprehension abilities;
Ability to anticipate risks, potential issues, and to manage escalations in a manner
appropriate to the urgency;
Hands on experience in SAP(including invoicing, contracts, workflows).
