Essential duties:

• Support the integration of payment APIs in dynamic web pages, online casinos or web shops, coordinating between internal contacts and those in merchant organizations, with the main purpose of facilitating a speedy, professional and proficient technical support.
• Establishment of a close, direct relationship to the development team in the merchants' organization
• Ability to quickly understand the full feature-set of the technical platform and APIs, with the ability to communicate this clearly to merchants and internally. Being the 'center of excellence' for all queries regarding our payment platforms.
• Working effectively within a team structure, communicating progress to key individuals and being pro-active in highlighting barriers to progress in integration
• Understand and make use of all product capabilities and features to allow for a customized use of our payment products to ensure the highest possible payment conversion
• Participation in the development of new ideas, strategies and processes to ensure operational excellence

Your profile:

• Knowledge of HTML, XML and JavaScript
• Good understanding or experience with PHP, Java or other scripting/programming languages
• High internet affinity, high self-motivation and strong commitment
• Outstanding relationship building, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English
