Team Leader Technical Support with Spanish / Italian / Polish


Main Responsibilities:

Assign follow-up activities of the Technical Support team and track their execution;
Supervise call and email queues;
Train the new members of the team;
Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Check calibration sessions;
Investigate issues and complaints and provide root cause analyses and resolutions to management.

Job requirements:

At least 2 years of Help Desk experience,
Fluent level of Spanish / Italian / Polish;
Very Good level of English;
Previous team leader experience would be considered as an advantage
