Due to their growing team, we are searching for motivated and ambitious person to join them as a Senior Customer Service Specialist.
He/She will be located in their head office in Bozhurishte, Sofia.

REQUIREMENTS:
★ Experience in customer service in a retail company will be an advantage, but not required;
★ To be able to make decisions also in tough situations, independent, but also able to motivate people and to follow-up;
★ Flexible and smart person in order to face the challenges in customer service;
★ Good team player with the ability to work fast under stress and pressure and to keep his/her positive motivation;
★ Excellent English skills;
★ Communicative and positive attitude to the customers;
★ To provide high class service;
★ Responsible attitude to work, motivation and desire to learn;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Provide excellent Customer Service to JYSK customers in different channels: phone calls, e-mails, chat, etc. in a timely manner;
★ To deal with customer claims and replacements;
★ To handle undelivered/delayed orders;
★ To report customers’ surveys;
★ To support the stores and secure optimal cooperation between stores & other JYSK CSC;
★ To know the articles, services and follow procedures;
★ To manage the daily tasks efficiently;
★ To upsell and sell additional articles;
★ To actively contributes to meet the team’s goals;
