We believe in the transformative power of data! As a leading player in FMCG, we're searching for a meticulous Data Insights Analyst to join our team. Your role will be to translate raw data into actionable insights, building self-serve dashboards and Power BI reports to guide strategic decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and leverage our wealth of data.
Construct insightful Dashboards and Reports, curating new datasets and extracting relevant data.
Employ modern analytical concepts to deliver concise, compelling narratives, shaping critical business decisions.
Oversee data movement and transformation, utilizing advanced data tools for organization-wide impact.
Dive into in-depth analyses of world-class products, encompassing feature adoption, client acquisition, behavior, and customer lifetime value.
Play a pivotal role in developing analytics products that resonate with thousands of users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with our visual identity.
Collaborate on identifying challenges, researching solutions, and presenting findings adeptly.
Ensure effective communication, managing customer expectations both internally and externally.
Document user requirements, aligning them with our data resources and prioritizing for streamlined timelines.
Extract and manipulate data from diverse sources like SAP, BW, Excel, SQL, or Azure, adhering to our business definitions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business questions and design solutions using data storytelling and visualization.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Bachelor's degree related to Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles is highly valuable. Internships, projects, or previous job experience can all contribute.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certifications as Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
Data Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Statistical Analysis, Data Storytelling
Communication skills, problem-solving attitude, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability
Familiarity with data extraction from expansive datasets using tools like Power BI, SAP BW, Macros, and Access.
