For one of our clients, worldwide organisation, we are looking for Customer Support with Portugal and English

Job summary:

As part of the team, the Customer Support provides effective and timely support to the customers for any work orders and onsite tasks. They are responsible for the proper handling of case types in scope for the team, in compliance with all processes and work instructions within the organsation.

Responsibilities:

Timely manages the requests of customers by mail;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests;
Provide regular updates regarding the customers’ issues;
Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision;

Requirements:

Previous experience as Customer Support or in a similar environment ;
Very good Command in Portugal B2/C1 + English B2/ C1 ;
Customer oriented, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;
Ability to multitask;
Problem-solving skills;
Project management skills;
Good technical knowledge;
