Provide technical support assistance to customers using problem determination/problem source identification (PD/PSI) skills;
Utilize technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with other support operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution;
Own all client communications worldwide regardless of where service request is generated
Recommend and implement new or improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Some experience with programming languages and code debugging.
Motivation to learn software debugging on mainframe, in special the z/OS components.
Willingness to travel a certain amount of time within the first two years for mentoring purposes and to gather special skills and experiences, when required, respected covid restrictions and safety.
Language Requirements: Fluent English (both written and spoken).
