Your Role and Responsibilities
IT Specialists in this job role have expertise in translating IT requirements in the design, development, and assembly of components to create custom information systems. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation. IT Specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– Strong knowledge in ABAP procedural and object-oriented programming, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports (ALV & Classical), Function Modules, Dialog Programming, Screen Painter;
– Good knowledge in SAP Enhancement Techniques: user exists, BADIs, BTEs, enhancement framework;
– Experience in Data migration (BDC, LSMWs), ALE/IDOC, RFC-enabled function modules, BAPI, ABAP Query, SAP forms (Smartofms, PDF forms, Sapscripts);
– Database modelling skills and algorithmic thinking;
– Knowledge about web services and ABAP integration with other systems;
– Proficiency in English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

– SAP certification or SAP special training.
