IT HEAD AND PRODUCT OWNER
Main requirements:
- 3+ years of proven professional experience in managing software delivery teams as well as leading IT and business activities in product development;
- 3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Development, Product Management, Product Design, E-commerce or similar;
- Technical and business-oriented profile;
- Strong Agile/SCRUM experience;
- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
Brief summary of your responsibilities:
You will lead and manage a team of several Agile/Scrum squads of cross-functional experts like Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Operation Engineers through product design, implementation and acceleration of product performance – end to end. You will also ensure up-to-date knowledge of the industry trends and inspire innovation.
