Position Title: Service Operations Analyst
The person on the role will be integral member of the Northern Europe Cluster Agile Delivery Factory, fostering collaboration among agile teams, markets, and various organizational functions.

What you’ll be doing?
Participating in the facilitation of the change management process, collaborating with markets and software development teams. Interlock between global process and Northern Europe teams.
Working closely with agile delivery squads and global teams to enhance the efficiency of the change management process.
Identifying and driving autonomously improvement initiatives throughout the delivery factory.
Monitoring and report security flaws, coordinating security vulnerability mitigation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
Contributing to improving compliance with the global business continuity and disaster recovery strategy.
Conducting periodic access management audits and provide support to markets in security activities.
Supporting developers and requestors in understanding ticket requirements and processes.
Aiding in reporting to team leads and factory managers on ad-hoc basis.

What you’ll bring?
Around 2 years’ experience in ITSM, project management or support role;
Strong written and verbal English;
Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities;
Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders;
Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM, emphasizing change management and continual service improvement;
Understanding of software development lifecycle;
Grasp of agile principles, methodologies, and mindset;
Focus on automation and efficiency;
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence is good to have.
