Network Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical contact;
• Deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem solving solutions for corporate customers;
• Learn about the project and client specifics and processes;
• Daily reflection of the issues in a centralized business system;
• Lead technical on-site interventions;
• Internal and external escalations according to company procedures;
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master Degree;
• Superior researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• You have strong time management and organizational skills;
• Routing and Switching Experience;
• Experience with: Windows Server, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, AzureAD, TCP/IP, VMWare;
• Passion for technology and learning;
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
