Описание
Основни задължения:• Configure Cisco network devices e.g. switches - 2960x,3800x,c1000; cisco routers - 881, 4431, 4451, 1001x – Cisco ASA 5525
• Responsible for normal operations of the DSK Bank network which is the biggest in Bulgarian bank industry with more than 300 branches and 1000 ATM connections, more than 200km dark fibers, 4 data centers and thousands of IP devices.
• Performs monitoring and incident reaction for incidents related to network by network monitoring tools.
• Observe the health of network devices, services proactively and continuously and performs investigation and diagnosis for incidents and problems.
• Initiate actions to minimize the impact of service incidents and system events.
• Keeping logs of daily work and trouble-shooting events related to the network..
• Advantage will be participations in (LAN \ WAN) projects, experience with: VPN, BGP, access lists, port configuration; Experience with CUCM; Experience with Checkpoint FW; Existence of a CCNA certificate or higher;
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
• University degree in the area of Information Technology or other;
• Knowledge of information technologies and network infrastructure;
• Practical experience with networks or firewalls;
• Good command of English;
• Good communication skills;
• Flexibility to work on shifts.
