Paysafe is currently searching for a Senior Data & Analytics Product Manager to join our Data and Analytics team in Sofia.
Role & Responsibility Overview:
As a Product Analyst for Data & Analytics team, you’ll work closely with Paysafe Group Business teams, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Engineering teams
a. Capture requirements across a range of technical and non-technical area, taking end to end ownership of the requirements process including running workshops, creating use cases, refining, communicating and obtaining signoff for requirements, ensuring traceability and measurability
b. Work with Engineering teams to drive Data consolidation and enable business to self-serve

Responsibilities
• Support Product Manager in building Data and Analytics roadmap.
• Lead and work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Data engineers to build & deliver Data & Analytics products
• Performing issue discovery and drafting solution proposals in conjunction with business stakeholders
• Review user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage backlog, communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to development team
• Create actionable, insights driven data products for a variety for strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs.
• Data mapping, Analysis and Insights from Consumer data
• Ability to structure solutions to business problems, create hypothesis for analysis and test them
• Support Product Manager in driving product strategy, design and the build for Data Platform products to support stakeholder business objectives and priorities
• Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Support requirements from inter-departmental product managers who are leveraging data platform for other functions viz. risk, compliance, merchant portal etc.
• Review product documentation and collateral related to products being built
• Regularly interact across functional areas with executives and senior management to ensure business unit objectives are met.
• Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new capabilities

Prior Experience preferred
• Data and product experience with ability to work at the intersection of Business, Analytics, Engineering, and User experience, with deep domain knowledge of Data and Data science.
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Techno-functional knowledge of Relational databases, Snowflake etc.
• Knowledge and experience with data requirements, big data, data modeling concepts, master data management, metadata management, enterprise data warehousing data lake tools
• Exposure to defining how the organization will gather and use data and analytics to deliver great customer experiences
• Experience in defining specifications for data management, multi-business unit data platforms & analytics product capabilities in BigData environment & cloud applications
• Experience in data validation processes for data loaded through batch processes (files)
• Exposure in real time data load and data validation
• Engaging with the data governance team to incorporate enterprise data catalog and Business Information Model
Qualification
• Extensive experience in a group wide Senior business analysis role
• A background and experience in the payments industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively with a range of audiences
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to gain consensus and buy-in from stakeholders with competing requirements and priorities
• Ability to work independently across virtual teams and on multiple concurrent projects
• Adept at cutting through complexity, working collaboratively across multiple teams to devise solutions
• Good analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures
• Flexible and adaptive, willing to respond to changing priorities or requirements in an agile manner
