ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As Senior System Architect, you will be responsible to deliver Infrastructure Architecture to ensure a Transition and To-Be Architecture in accordance with CCH Architecture principles: scale through standard platforms, simplification & re-use, design for fast and smooth adoption across all CCH BU, efficient data management, compliance & security as well as excellent performance & availability. You will lead an Architecture that enables increasingly Agile Delivery and Delivery Automation, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment (DevOps).

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Ensure the Infrastructure Architecture deliverables are the able to leverage technology platforms in the most efficient way in order Product & Application Managers to deliver great applications with speed in specific business and technical context: from hardware through Operating System to Application Server level, including solutions in the cloud (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, Advanced Analytics tools), solutions hosted in the Data Center Services (private & public) and solutions hosted in country server rooms.
• Provide sizing based on historical trends and vendor recommendations for all the systems in scope and optimize cost of data management and leverage data as an asset.
• Drive capacity planning with all external partners and provide insight on future initiatives to ensure optimal capacity (achieving performance & availability and cost targets.)
• Improve SLA, Performance and Availability by providing improvement actions and work-arounds to Infrastructure and Application Management services teams during the SLA review meetings, operational session or during emergency situations.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?


• 7+ years functional consulting and/or architecture or technical product management experience for integrated SAP BASIS systems operations and landscape design in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience in infrastructure architecture including storage systems and authentication mechanisms (eg SALM)
• Experience in operations or migration of SAP systems (S4, BW, etc) in public cloud
• Databases administration (Oracle,SAP ASE MaxDB,) Knowledge of SAP HANA is plus
• Desired experience in UNIX/Linux and Windows systems, including virtualization and hardware
• Experience with SAP Authentication methods - SAML, Kerberos, SNC SSO, SPNEGO, SSL, X.509
• Strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with New Business Functionality projects within enterprise context
• Strong vendor management skills
