For one of our trusted partners we are looking for а Desktop Support Analyst.
Desktop Support Analyst
Requirements:
• 1+ years technical support experience;
• Experience with Windows;
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Troubleshooting VPN Remote Access, Microsoft Server;
• Full Knowledge of building desktop images using industry standard tools;
• Experience with Linux.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership from start to finish, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on computer systems and other supported hardware;
• Streamlining the process and using automation as much as possible;
• Maintain accurate inventory database, repair log and activity log;
• Use Active Directory to create and manage user accounts and set permissions;
• Deploy software and security patches on end-user systems;
• Develop best practices in the IT environment through experience sharing.
