Quality & Training Specialist with German/French and English
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop training materials by completing thorough research, analyzing educational vendors, and assessing the employment needs of departmental managers;
• Organize a training curriculum that honors company ethics and conduct, is engaging, and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate;
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues;
• Participates in the design of call/email monitoring formats and quality standards;
• Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of German or French;
• Working proficiency level of English;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Subject matter expert, customer service quality/training role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced excel.
