Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will join IBM Digital Innovation and Transformation team who is delivering high end to end Solutions regarding Digital transformations to the biggest Financial, Insurance and Telecom clients. As a part of our successful team, you will lead process digitalization and automation streams into the design and development of customized solutions.
The Digital Transformation success of IBM clients is in your hands as you address vital business needs and drive innovation. Responsibilities:

– Lead Design and Architectural process;
– Join Agile teams and take a key role by leading and supporting the projects;
– Analyze, design, code, test and put in production custom solutions for IBM clients in an Agile environment;
– Work closely with the clients to develop high quality customized solutions;
– Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client and the other members of the team;
– Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement;
– Perform root cause analysis of process issues;
– Prepare functional specifications;
– API design, backward compatibility, and architecture conformance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– 5 years experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, and design;
– 5 years of experience developing solutions and estimating the costs of the solution, defining the Work Breakdown Structure, integrated master schedule, and able to produce Basis of Estimates;
– 5 years of experience in client relationships, leading mixed discipline and organization teams, and achieving the goals and objectives for the project within cost and time constraints;
– 5 years of experience in full life cycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment;
– 5 years of experience in system design and development processes, methods, and tools;
– Experience and on hands with Business Process design and implementation;
– Experience with Java and JavaScript;
– Experience with XML, Web Services, XSLT, HTML, SOAP, REST;
– Experience with SQL in different databases;
– Fluency in English – both written and spoken.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

– Experience with IBM BAW version 20.0.1;
– Experience with IBM BPM REST API .
