As a Senior Project Manager, representing Threat Research department inside R&D (50+ engineers), you will coordinate multiple R&D projects among distributed teams and ensure proper resource planning for multiple releases ahead. You will also work closely with other R&D team leads, Product Managers as well as Software developers, QA engineers and Researchers to ensure smooth execution of RnD roadmap. All projects are very technical and from Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, SaaS, AI/ML fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain project plans for Threat Research department
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Identify and track all inter-team dependencies
Organize cross-team architecture discussions and technical reviews
Orchestrate planning process to avoid duplication of work and to be sure all works are planned
Identify risks related to dependencies, capacity, and architecture
Manage projects with distributed teams (5+ locations, Europe, Asia, USA)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Management tools: JIRA (JQL), Confluence
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
Hands on experience with scripting languages and SQL queries
Outstanding communication and conflicts management skills
Upper Intermediate English
