One of our partner, outsourcing company is looking for motivate and ambitious candidates for the position of:
Networking Tech Support Level 2
Responsibilities:
• Providing phone and email based technical support to corporate customers( no in bound calls).
• Strong researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Routing and Switching Experience, TCP/IP
• Adaptability to work independently and part of a team.
• Passion for technology and learning

Requirements:
• University degree in Telecommunication or relevant experience on similar position.
• 1+ year experience in technical or customer support
• Strong researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work on shifts from 6:00 to 18:00 ( 8-hour working day)
• English B2-C1.
