We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners leading shared service center in Bulgaria that is growing , for the position of:

IT Recruiters with English and/ Italian/ French/ German/ Polish/ Romanian

Responsibilities:

• Creating job advertisements and searching for the most appropriate candidates;
• Research and implement new ways of sourcing candidates;
• Providing managers and applicants with HR support;
• Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives;
• Take part of international recruitment projects


Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field;
• Experience in IT recruitment
• Fluent in English and good level of one of this european languages -Italian/ French/ German/ Polish/ Romanian
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
