For one of our trusted partners - a leading company in telecommunications, we are looking for a Monitoring Specialist.

IT monitoring specialist
Responsibilities:
Installation, customization and configuration of IT Service Support Management (ITSM) or Business Process applications following ITIL and similar best practice frameworks;
Troubleshooting and product implementation of the delivered technical solution including user guides and all supporting documents support of applications;
Implementation of integration with other applications and third-party systems;
Work with clients to build and maintain good relations, to ensure future engagements and reference accounts;
Producing documentation which describes the scope, features, design, and implementation of the technical solution, including deployment and administration guides;

Requirements:
System administration of Linux- and Windows-based environments;
Knowledge/experience in the following areas - REST APIs, Elastic Search, Kafka, Splunk, Nagios, Zenoss, Kubernetes;
Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Azure Monito, IBM AIOps, Datadog;
Network configurations; Proxy/Reverse-proxy, Load-balancing, SSL/TLS;
Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
ITIL Foundation certification.
