Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration and support to providers globally. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria, they want to build a BRAND-NEW team of Support Geeks and they are looking to hire a:
SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Overview of the role:
You have to support all company's customer services for 3rd party suppliers, vendors, and system engineers who work internally. The duties include also administrative tasks for maintaining the smooth operation of the networks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Technical (Customer) Service experience in the Telco industry;
- Tier-1 Ops and Planned Works functions;
- Good experience working with ticketing systems;
- Very good knowledge of global network operations environment;
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- University degree in Telecommunications, Networking or other related fields;
- Very good command of English - both written and spoken.
As a great advantage would be considered:
- ITIL certification.
