Основни задължения:
DSK Bank has started a data and analytics transformation program in order to generate substantial business value by capitalizing on the it competitive advantage of the #1 customer data wealth. Our new Advanced Analytics Department is building state-of-the-art technology (data access and machine learning models development based on Azure cloud capabilities) in order to enable fact-based decision making for various advanced analytics uses cases/ applications (eg. pricing, scoring, churn, propensity-to-buy, collection etc.). If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Support use-case model development by visualizing complex relationships in data and building reports and dashboards;
• Perform internal and external analyses, including regular and adhoc reporting and data extraction in order to support various strategic decisions in all areas within the bank;
• Analyze big database structures, which will be used as core sources of decision-making insight in the process of developing new products, creating pricing strategies, and taking other business decisions;
• Conduct preliminary analysis and verification of data for consistency and logical relations, as well as for compliance with the business requirements and rules;
• Participate and contribute to discussions of key projects, including presenting significant findings from the conducted analysis in front of DSK Bank’s management;
• Perform detailed analysis of ad-hoc business issues;
• Create a knowledge base with Lessons Learned and Best Practices.


Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
You are the ideal candidate, if you have:
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills;
• Relevant professional experience in a data analytics role will be considered an advantage;
• Relevant University/College degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics or other related field;
• Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, ability to work in teams;
• Professional business English knowledge (both written and oral);
• Must have experience in visualizing complex insights using Plotly, matplotlib, ggplot 2 , etc.; experience with dashboarding tools desired (e.g., Shiny, Dash, Tableau);
• Proficient knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
