Основни задължения:
If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Your main responsibility is to apply the scientific approach in the bank’s analytical projects;
• You will be working alongside methodology experts, data engineers and business teams who will rely on you to introduce modeling algorithms, define explanatory variables, ensure data sampling is done correctly and deliver accurate and insightful models;
• You will be charged to collaborate with the business teams on developing tools for insights generation and guiding your newly evangelized colleagues in results interpretation;
• You will take part in all the activities starting from design and architecture all the way to model deployment so there will be a lot of opportunities to learn in this position.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
You are the ideal candidate, if you have:
• You are familiar with the basic modeling algorithms: regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, know how these algorithms behave, how to interpret their results, and you able to decide which one to use in a given situation;
• You have experience in creating variables and KPIs with high predictive power;
• A basic knowledge in sampling, sample boosting, training / testing set selection techniques and understand the concepts of overfitting and selection bias;
• A background in statistics and experience in explaining models & results to a business audience;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Solid analytical skills, structured thinking, project approach;
• Pro-activity, curiosity, Flexibility, ability to work in teams.
