We are looking for a motivated candidates to join the team of our partner on the position of:

Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:
Management of the document flow, preparation of financial and commercial documents;
Analysis of banking operations, supplies and related costs;
Assistance in the direction of implementation of financial and CRM systems;
Organization of company events, meetings, conferences;
Logging and execution of documents and contracts after meetings with partners and clients;

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree education;
Fluency in English – both written and spoken / Good level in German language is an advantage/;
Previous experience in a high level role supporting an executive, department or team;
Excellent computer skills /MS Office/
