For one of our loyal partners we are looking to appoint a motivated and responsible person for the position of IT Specialist.

The IT Specialist in this job role will be responsible for the complete availability and functionality of the applications, systems and tools used in the company and overall functionality of domain integrated services. The IT specialist will administer domain users and groups according to their rights and level of access. They will provide technical support to the operational departments during client contacts. Further, they will manage Centre data storages ensuring proper security for all the groups of users with specific levels of access.


Successful candidate key requirements:

* То hold responsibility for the overall functionality and operation of the company’s operating systems;

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or similar;

* Install and configure hardware and software systems;

* Networking, voice or virtualization skills are required;

* Responsible for the service desk support of the company systems;

* Responsible for Active directory management;

* Responsible for keeping the company’s security standards and optimization of all functions directly related to the operating system;

* Prepares reports on demand for the performed tasks, as well as any work related issues;

* Help IT Global *support to troubleshoot particular issue as collecting and providing as much information as possible and performing additional troubleshooting steps;

* Manage mobile devices – client sides;

* Be a contact person for IT related services by external providers;

* Responsible for addressing requests for maintaining and changing internal phone system;

* Administer user, computer accounts and groups in Active Directory (DRA) ;

* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

* Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details

* Good communication skills
