System Administrator

The Role:

You would be responsible for providing high quality IT services into the organization, by supporting and maintaining the IT systems while following the IT processes for efficient support to all business users. You would be also responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly as per the internally set KPI’s for efficiency, including a broad range of queries from how to set up an e-mail account to system diagnostics and providing support on reported hardware and software issues.

The Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing IT technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Being proactive person in a technical issues about IT equipment
• Self-driving and responsibility of tasks, which are taken.
• Participant in many international IT projects, providing technical information about the current situation, suggestions for a future technical decision and being technical bridge between management and international project leaders.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• MSSQL knowadge is in advantage;
• Perfect understanding of IT-Networking (TCP-IP protocols, Next generation Firewall devices, Switching and Routing devices)
• Servers managing and Virtualization platform knowadge.
• Basic knowadge about data storage devices.
• Previous relevant professional experience at least 3 years;
• Fluency in English Language;
• Ability for presenting ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Positive attitude;
• Strong work ethics;
• Team work orientation;
• Adaptability to changing environment;
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills;
• Self-driven, proactive attitude;
• Ability for working with a minimum supervision.
• Possession driving license category B.
