If you are passionate about managing Information Security within a fast-growing global operating Payment organisation, this is a great opportunity to take a leadership role within the Global Information Security Team. The role of Cyber Developer is part of Paysafe’s Cyber Security Architecture team, focused on the continuous development and integration of Cyber Defences utilising cloud / DevSecOps practices and methodology. The role will be part of a small virtual team delivering information security and cyber defence as codified threat management applications. It is a cross-functional role, working laterally through InfoSec and IT.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in the definition and development of security architecture processes and tooling, developing security product and services that deliver automated and coded solution to InfoSec requirements, mitigating risk and net exposure levels through our services and platforms.
Develop coded solution within a SecDevOps framework, setting precedent and creating direction, to ensure cross functional delivery of cohesive threat management product and associated services.
Provide support to the VP CD&R by working in cross functional teams to deliver secure services, as code wherever possible, our customers and colleagues can interact with, developing strategic and ad hoc initiatives, acting as liaison with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and developing effective automated solutions.
Production of various materials for weekly reporting, executive presentations, team communications and such like as required, supporting the VP CD&R in completing on CISO action items through Governance activities.
Establish and manage the appropriate governance forums as required for the delivery, measurement and management of security services to ensure consistent quantification and management of cyber risk.
Use architecture to promote an environment of ‘self-regulation’ to deliver and maintain services for operational resilience (People, Process and Technology), promoting constant and predictable management of risk and an ability to operate whilst under attack.
Assist the VP CD&R by orchestrating transition to a service oriented, secure architecture and controls framework, knitting together different cyber teams and constituencies to adopt innovative threat management thinking and utilisation of cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to deliver consistent threat mitigation.
Assist in building Cyber Defence and Resilience services that deliver a multiyear set of initiatives, as a part of the strategic architectural roadmap for threat management, forming the basis for continual budgetary definition and risk reduction.
Drive a clear path of iteration in services to the changing technology and threat, assessing and refining services for the remediation of Cyber risk and delivering organisational resilience.
Lead the implementation of secure information architectures that pivot Paysafe to policy, standard, process and procedure delivering these from a threat-based perspective, with the effective and consistent management of services and controls.
Assist in the coordination of InfoSec to drive incremental improvement and iterative development (risk reduction) in the ‘Cyber Product’, across People, Process and Tooling for Paysafe so that Cyber Defence/Risk/Resilience is delivered ahead (as far as possible) of a change in threat, exposure, user requirements and their behaviours..

To be successful you need to have:
7+ years of relevant security experience and at least 5 years of IT or Security engineering experience
experience delivering information security and cyber defence as codified threat management applications
experience with infrastructure Automation framework application to achieve security and compliance outcomes
component delivery vi continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
experience with continuous monitoring processes and tools to detect, notify and respond to adverse events
experience with iterative and incremental development of tooling and associated processes. standardizing and streamlining these steps, making them repeatable and transparent
experience with continuous monitoring processes and tooling to detect events and respond to alerts for evidence of attacks on application services and infrastructure and automating the engagement of native tools and teams to remediate
experience with chaos testing of all proposed solutions
proven knowledge of financial services, international banking, payment card regulations and the associated cybersecurity frameworks and standards
capability to adapt and to incorporate change into existing plans and execution strategies
demonstrated delivery of information security governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Cloud Security Alliance CCM, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI) to practical outcomes
strong understanding of design and systems thinking in support of secure product development, the associated security services, and risk management
excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
experience leading teams and functions to balance strategic and operational demands; experience directing new initiatives and governing progress to agreed outcomes
