Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. For their growing operations on an international group level they are now looking for an experienced

IT Service Desk L2 with German

Responsibilities:

• Help end-users in a German-speaking market with resolutions on technical matters related to Microsoft products (MS Office, Windows) and administration tools (AppSense, Netlogan, Penetration tests, etc.);
• Support integration and test processes for applications and software solutions, installed on client side;
• Organise and prioritise work tasks according to ITIL methodology;
• Ensure that high quality technical standards are maintained;
• Regular working hours, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience on similar technical position;
• Previous experience with providing support for Microsoft based products;
• Comprehension of common script languages (VbScript, Powershell);
• Experience in ITIL work environment (Incident/Problem/Change Management);
• Very good analytical, prioritising and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent command of German and English language, written and spoken.
