Together with them, we are looking for a:



NOC ENGINEER



Responsibilities:

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing operations, availability, and stability for infrastructure and services as servers health, network, and storage equipment to support IT processing requirements and business directives. You have to troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround. In addition, you will also:

- Build, maintain and use monitoring capabilities
- Build, maintain and upgrade internal and customer environments on Docker and AWS EC2
- Isolate problems between hardware and software and provide information to the appropriate engineering teams.



Main requirements:

* Knowledge of system administration (Linux);
* Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues in a Linux environment;
* Git, Docker, AWS;
* Previous experience in NOC/Support would be considered as an advantage;
* Working knowledge and experience with SQL, MDX, database concepts, and data modeling, Grafana and Kibana is a strong advantage!!!
* Readiness to work оn shifts;
* Good command of the English language (minimum B2 level, both written and verbal).
