Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner - a leader within research, development and production, sales and service of mechanical and electronic componets for several industries a professional for the position of:

GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERT

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing the supply of the assigned projects on a short term basis;
* Ensure the right amount of material is in the pipe and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders;
* Ensure a smooth transfer to planning of any new product from development into production
* Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain;
* Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain;
* The role implies forecasting the need for materials for production so that there is no overproduction or insufficient availability of products;
* Focus on the operational issues at the master supply schedule level and by that translates the results of the tactical plan into the details that drive the near-term actions in the End-to-End Supply Chain;
* Provides an early warning system that helps business stakeholders adjust plans.
* Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.

Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Stakeholder management and leading in the matrix will be a daily challenge;
* Understanding the dynamics and toolbox within MRP planning;
* Crisis management is a key point for this role;
* Microsoft Excel experience working with large amounts of data is a must;
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Thorough understanding of company products and logistic.
