We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – an International company which is searching for a:

Manufacturing Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Knows the production capacities of the company, production units and the relationship between them, production technology, organization of work;
• Excellent knowledge of nomenclature and technical characteristics of products, services offered, organization of the warehouse;
• Participates in working groups to review customer inquiries before accepting an order, analyzing the technological requirements, production capacity and costs in order to determine the feasibility of the project;
• Controls the course of production and its provision with the necessary technical documentation, equipment, tools, materials, transport, loading and unloading equipment;
• Organizes and manages the preparation for implementation and production of new products;
• Monitors the available storage area and the rational use of workplaces;
• Maintains effective communication with all units and departments directly involved in the production process, as well as with the realization of the manufactured products;
• Follows technical innovations, scientific discoveries, studies the experience of improving technology and organization of production (LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, Six sigma etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering;
• Production experience - not less than 3 years;
• Team player;
• Ability to take personal responsibility, independence;
• Analytical thinking;
• English skills on Upper intermediate level;
• Ready for relocate.
