Application Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting user problems related with the Transport management systems(TMS) and handle user requests;
Maintain the system in good working order by taking care of system tasks;
Frequently communicate with the vendor in order to resolve issues;
Analyse user requests to suggest improvements or take appropriate actions;
Documenting the configuration process.
Requirements:
Very good command of SQL (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL);
Understanding of how ERP/CRM work;
Understanding of basic programming techniques;
English - B2;
Nice to have:
German - B2
