CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Your responsibilities:
• Records and processes orders received by mail, telephone and /or through personal customer contact in the system;
• Follow an established guidelines in order to provide services such as pricing, availability and scheduling information;
• Serves as a communication link between customer and sales staff to assure responsiveness;
• Follow order activity and alerting appropriate staff of any potential delivery issues;
• Generate reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Candidate requirements:
• Higher technical degree;
• Fluency in English (C1-C2 Level);
• Experience within a production company;
• Able to communicate on different levels, prioritize and multitask;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work under pressure and stick to deadlines;
• Experienced user of MS applications;
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a strong advantage.
