Customer Experience Associate with Italian, French or German
TEMPORARY JOB 2-3 months – Remote work
Period of the project: 15.11.2021 - 31.01.2022 (possibility to extend)

Your day will include:
- Receive and handle customer inquiries related to order status;
- Work with customers to resolve issues with their orders;
- Support customers by phone, email and chat;
- Answer questions about ongoing promotions.

You are the right person if you have:
- Fluency in Italian/French/German;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in English will be considered strong advantage;
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
