Currently, together with the company, we are looking to hire a very experienced and motivated:


RUBY / RAILS TECHNICAL LEAD



If you are not afraid of:

- Leading a team of software developers;
- Providing mentorship and code reviews to team members;
- Helping with the initial work breakdown structure and estimations

...as well as designing and implementing solution components according to technology best practices, then this job opportunity is just for You!



Main requirements:

- 10+ years of software development experience (at least 3-4 years of them working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails);
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience in leading a team (Technical and/or Team Manager experience);
- Database experience using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL;
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Rspec;
- Very good command of English language (both written and verbal);
- A good team player - highly proactive, eager to support your colleagues when needed;
- Outstanding time-management and workload-management skills.



The company will consider a strong advantage if you have:

- Experience in building APIs;
- Experience with React and Redux; GraphQL;
- Experience with Docker and containerized workloads;
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Ansible.
