Chat and Email Support with German/French/Spanish/Italian/ Dutch (FULLY REMOTE)
Main responsibilities:
• Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
• Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
• Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
• Proficient level of German/French/Spanish/Italian/ Dutch (C1/C2 Level);
• Previous experience as a Customer/ Technical Support position is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Reliable individual with a positive attitude.
