We are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst who will support compliance initiatives in alignment with various laws, regulations, industry codes and standards, and company policies. You will help provide compliance guidance and feedback in all operational processes and will work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Conduct internal audits based on defined QMS policies
• Write internal audit reports, communicate results, and coordinate corrective action plans creation
• Participate in clients’ audits, represent the company and work on providing evidence materials
• Track compliance commitments and follow up with clients
• Participate in external audits, gather evidence, and prepare for certification
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance
• Analyze and update existing compliance policies and related documentation
• Develop and execute new compliance policies and procedures as required
• Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system
• Train employees on industry compliance requirements
• Conduct QMS annual audits and report results
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Advanced analytical abilities
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong research and reporting abilities
• Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions
• Experience in a related field is a huge advantage
• Good knowledge and use of a computer
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Delivery focused, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Excellent spoken and written English
