YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the output and quality of services provided by the CCH BSO RED IR Audit team to key customers (external and internal)
Manages RED IR Audit Team performance through metrics and key performance indicators
Acts as an escalation point for the team on more complex or sensitive issues
Ensures that all relevant process flows, and knowledge materials are reviewed and understood
Ensures supporting documentation and standard processes are in place
Works on processes improvement as per defined implementation plans
Provides support and additional information to the Country teams
Provides coaching, development, and motivation to the RED IR Audit team to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance
Ensures that team complies with health and safety standards

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
A minimum of 3 years of Data Management, Audit or Customer Support experience within a multinational environment and ideally at least 2-3 years of people management experience in a captive or outsourced shared services environment
Experience of managing high volume of data and reporting environment
Industry experience in Process Manufacturing and/or FMCG
Experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business
University degree in IT or a business-related subject
Fluency in English
