The Learning Operations Expert provides operational support to the Coca-Cola Hellenic HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) working closely with Finance, Legal and HR teams. He/she administers the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliant and accurate record of L&D activities as submitted by the relevant stakeholders. He/she understands fully the L&D programs – purpose, content & delivery, financial aspects and underlying processes.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer training activities in the LMS
• Consult HR CoEs and other stakeholders on LMS functionalities, including but not limited to learning operation processes, curricula building and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Continuously identifies room for process improvement, standardization and automation

• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management
• Experienced user of MS applications
• Fluency in English - both written and verbal
• Agile, enjoys a fast-paced working environment
• Tech-savvy with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Interest in HR, Learning and Development, data analytics, project management, and/or process automation areas
• BPO, CPI, HR, and/or financial experience would be a plus
