ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with Coca-Cola suppliers regarding purchasing administration, invoice and payment inquirues
Maintain suppliers' data using high-quality software (SAP)
Provide support and resolve queries of internal and external customers relating to supplier accounts
Establish and maintain effective partner relationships through understanding business needs and delivering high-quality service
Maintain all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic and local policies and legislation
Execute daily activities with the assistance of robotics automations and ERP automation in key stages of company delivery procedures
Work with the Robotics Process Automation team on various projects related to further innovative and effective solutions

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
1-2 years of experience in customer support, service deiivery or procurement (preferably gained in a fast-paced, multinational company or a shared service center)
Knowledge of MS Office
Solid command of English (both written and verbal)
Solid command of Greek (both written and verbal)
Excellent customer support/communication skills
Experience in Process Manufacturing and/or FMCG and ERP (SAP) systems will be considered an advantage
University degree in accounting, finance, economics or other business-related field will be considered an advantage
