Currently, together with the company, we are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic:
MANAGER (TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT)
You will:
Manage a team of experienced Technical Support Specialists and will be responsible for organising and preparing the working process of subordinates and in this regard delegate tasks. In addition, you will set deadlines and provide guidance and motivation of the team members. The professional on this role is actively communicating with other IT leads, external parties, and other operational units of the company.
If you have:
- 10+ years of professional experience in technical support roles;
- Strong experience in managing technical support teams;
- Understanding of network protocols such as - HTTP, FTP, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP;
- Hands-on skills with network, diagnostics, and troubleshooting;
- Excellent results-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related;
- Proficient in English language.
And as an advantage:
- Experience in Linux, Automation scripting and Monitoring tools;
- Previous experience in the payments industry.
